About us

The name “Budofix” comes from the combination of a Polish prefix related to the construction industry and a suffix borrowed from the name of the American company where Mr. Cezariusz gained his professional experience.

This experience and the knowledge he acquired through years of practical work on construction projects in the U.S. became the solid foundation for starting his own business. It provided guidance on:

• how to grow a business?
• how to execute projects?
• what principles to follow?
• what to avoid?
• how to stand out?

At the early stage of building the company, there was concern that the lack of familiarity with the Polish market might hinder starting operations. However, it turned out to be the opposite – this fresh perspective positively influenced the development of Budofix. It was easier to transfer the innovative American approach to a Polish construction industry that was still relatively noncompetitive. The 1990s were a perfect time to launch new businesses. Competition was minimal, and American ideas had not yet reached Poland, so there were no objections or barriers to implementing them.

The financial capital accumulated in the U.S. was sufficient to start the company, and hard work provided the means for further development.

Budofix became a pioneer in the construction market, especially in niche areas of activity.

In the initial phase, we placed great emphasis on recruiting qualified employees and seeking projects where we could offer services that had not yet been introduced in the industry.

We attached significant importance to maintaining a high standard of workmanship, and more complex and challenging projects began to appear.

A notable success for Budofix was the 2007 “Gazele Biznesu” award, which recognized the company as one of the most dynamically growing businesses in Poland.

Today, the dream of Cezariusz Sankowski is for Budofix – the company he created and developed over more than thirty years – to grow dynamically and operate in Poland and globally, led by future generations with the same dedication and passion that has accompanied him from the very beginning.
